Started in 2012 as a random faux pas pop up turned biannual "Mexican Food" event held at Rosewood Kitchen + Enoteca, the highly anticipated LaRosa Tapas & Tequila Bar opened on the 2nd of October, 2020 in the middle of a global pandemic!
Mexican food and culture, its prehispanic post-Hispanic heritage, blending of cultures has always been fascinating to our Chef, Cliffe Arrand. Chef Arrand and our Owner Enkhzaya spent valuable time learning first hand the authentic way in Mexico to LA to Spain. With the intent to get a feel of the true unfiltered essence of Mexican cuisine, Chef Arrand and Enkhzaya spent an extensive amount of time in Mexico binging on tacos, quesadillas, Elotes, etc. everywhere from street vendors to local food enthusiasts to high-end restaurants and brought #MexicoToMongolia. Don't be misled by its name. La Rosa isn't simply a bar;
