The Rose...

Untitled%20design%20(15)_edited.png

La Rosa is a non-traditional Mexican and Spanish-inspired restaurant that is a culmination of our Food travels in both regions.

While we’ve eagerly studied Mexican Spanish traditional techniques from Mexico, to Spain, to LA we are not trying to serve authentic cuisine. We are serving food we love. Food that embodies the soul and spirit of these regions, respecting the traditions and techniques, but as our own. What you see, smell, touch, and taste at this moment are our experiences interpreted in our own way.

Our dishes are meant to be shared tapas-style, cooked to order, leaving the kitchen as soon as they are ready. If you prefer to be served in a different style, please let us know.

Additionally, we worked hard to bring you the traditional alcohol of Mexico, the Mezcal, as well designing a tequila and mezcal-based cocktail menu that beautifully compliments the flavor profiles found in our food. We believe Food and Drinks go hand in hand and is best enjoyed over hours surrounded by friends. We would be delighted to guide you through pairing a liquor, cocktail or wine from our carefully curated list with your meal.

We started on this journey back in 2013 when one tequila-fueled Facebook post called on you, our Mongolian friends and family, to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with us at the original Rosewood.

Through the years of pop-ups, the vision – and need – for La Rosa was realized, and we’ve spent years testing recipes and perfecting the dishes before you ever since. Using both ingredients and traditions grown in Mexico, Spain, and Mongolia, we’ve poured our heart and soul into what you’re about to experience and enjoy. We couldn’t be more proud of what La Rosa and our journey have become.
